Synthesizing your twinning nature so that the inner multiplicity moves in union is Gemini’s great challenge. The most powerful example I can think of is Prince, who struggled with the Gemini angst publicly. The Gemini duality plagued him throughout his career: he recorded the Black album only not to release it. He went to war with his record company and changed his name to an unpronouncable glyph. He spoke of his invisible twin as a woman named Camille and has taken on several psuedonyms throughout his career - Jamie Starr being just one of them. The sexual and the spiritual battled for dominance as themes in his music and fame took it’s toll on him. But what saved Prince from a Micheal-Whitney fate was the fact that he held his Gemini twin, Camille - his muse really - sacred. He never betrayed her for commercial purposes. He always stays true to his artistic vision even when it is not as popular.
Today, his bond with his inner twin has never been tighter. Now revered by many, he plays music as he pleases, often times doing a pre-show, 3 hour concert, and after concert concert for another 5 hours.
